KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Remote desktop support on phone with Global users.
Troubleshooting of Windows 10, Office-365, Good experience on Active Directory, VPN, Zscaler and eager to learn new technologies.
Outlook configuration
Hardware Troubleshooting
Knowledge of ITIL Foundation with ticketing tool preferred Service Now.
Excellent communication skills required
