Job Title: Desktop and network Support Engineer L2

Location: Noida sec-62

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Desktop and Network Engineer to provide technical support for end-user systems and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in desktop/laptop support, basic network troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Set up and maintain network devices.
• Troubleshoot basic network issues
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory
• Configure and support Microsoft Outlook and Office applications
• Maintain asset inventory and handle support tickets
• Support LAN/WAN environments and escalate complex issues as needed
  

Requirements:

• Experience in desktop support and basic networking
• Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and Outlook
• Familiarity with Active Directory and ticketing systems
• Understanding of network protocols and devices
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
