About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to collaborate with clients, understand their business needs, and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, Aura, LWC) and the ability to design and deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions. You will also mentor others, ensure coding standards, and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Flow.
Collaborate with developers, architects, and consultants to implement Salesforce best practices.
Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Provide end-user support and assist clients with Salesforce adoption and optimization.
Participate in client meetings, communicate project updates, and recommend best practices.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve solution delivery processes.
Support integration efforts with third-party applications and tools.
Contribute to documentation, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds.
At least 2+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Active Platform Developer II and JavaScript Developer I certifications.
Strong knowledge of Apex classes, triggers, APIs, SOQL, and SOSL.
Experience in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and documentation.
Proficiency in version control systems (Git), DevOps tools, and Copado.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
Must be based in India and legally eligible to work.
System Architect certification.
Experience with data migration from legacy systems into Salesforce.
Knowledge of MuleSoft and Salesforce integration with ERP/3rd party applications.
Experience with Revenue Cloud and Industries Clouds (Communications, Media, Health).
Exposure to AngularJS, jQuery, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience deploying apps to the Salesforce AppExchange.
