Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior CRM Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to support our CRM transformation journey. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in assessing, designing, and migrating our CRM platform while ensuring seamless business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, architecture, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Assess and understand the current CRM system to provide recommendations for improvements and migration.
- Drive the migration from on-premise to cloud CRM platforms ensuring minimal disruption.
- Manage data migration between CRM systems with a focus on accuracy and integrity.
- Customize workflows, entities, and business processes to align with organizational needs.
- Create and maintain solution architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and business users to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for CRM development, deployment, and integration.
Requirements:
- Good CRM experience, with at least 2+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM expertise.
- Strong experience in CRM architecture, solution design, and implementation.
- Proven track record of on-premise to cloud CRM migration projects.
- Expertise in data migration, workflow customization, and system integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to prepare and present architecture/design diagrams for stakeholders and technical teams.
