Job Title: AI/ML Test Engineer
Location: Chennai
Work Type: Hybrid
Position Description:
- As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products.
- You will be responsible for leading quality assurance initiatives, managing testing processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet user expectations and business requirements.
- This role involves close collaboration with development, product, and other cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and adherence to best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in testing, quality assurance for software products.
- Working knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with test management software and bug-tracking tools.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Good to have knowledge in AI & ML and python is added advantage
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review software requirements, user stories, and design specifications to understand product functionality and prepare comprehensive test scenarios and test plans.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, including manual and automated tests, across various platforms (e.g., web, mobile, different operating systems and browsers).
- Identify, document, and track software defects, inconsistencies, and bugs using bug-tracking systems, ensuring detailed reporting of issues and their severity.
- Analyze test results, evaluate software usability, and report observations to the design and development teams.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, performance, stress, and scalability testing, to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, product owners, and business analysts, to understand requirements, clarify issues, and drive defect resolution.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, and potential problems or testability.
- Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools, strategies, and industry trends.
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Postman) and the ability to design and develop automation scripts.
Skills Required:
- test automation frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Selenium).
- Experience with TDD is essential., Python

- 10+ years in IT;
- 8+ years in Testing
Education Required:
