About the Role
We are seeking a Fullstack AI / Azure GenAI Engineer to design, build, and deploy agentic AI applications leveraging Azures Generative AI ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in multi-agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, and enterprise-scale AI deployment. Exposure to .NET, Angular, or React is a strong plus. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready GenAI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Develop GenAI Applications using Azure OpenAI Service for LLMs and multimodal capabilities.
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines with Prompt flow and Azure AI Search.
- Leverage Azure OpenAI Embeddings to power semantic search, personalization, and knowledge-aware generation.
- Build multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, and LangGraph, orchestrated via Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Foundry Agent Service.
- Apply Azure AI Document Intelligence for intelligent document processing and unstructured data ingestion.
- Ensure responsible AI by integrating Azure AI Content Safety guardrails for compliance and security.
- Develop APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations for GenAI solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end AI applications.
- Contribute to building accelerators, reusable components, and best practices for multi-agent GenAI development.
Required Skills
- Strong programming expertise in Python and/or C#/.NET.
- Solid understanding of the Azure AI ecosystem, including:
- Model Access: Azure OpenAI Service
- Agent Frameworks & Services: Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Foundry Agent Service, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph
- RAG Orchestration: Prompt flow
- Vector Retrieval: Azure AI Search
- Embeddings: Azure OpenAI Embeddings
- Document AI: Azure AI Document Intelligence
- Safety & Guardrails: Azure AI Content Safety
- Proficiency in multi-agent frameworks (Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangChain, AgentOS).
- Experience in building REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications (FastAPI, Flask, ASP.NET Core).
- Exposure to front-end frameworks (Angular, React) for AI-driven apps.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes for scalable deployments.
