Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with 3+ years of experience in domestic business development within the IT services sector. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and managing B2B relationships across the Indian market.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our software development and mobile app development services within the domestic market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Indian market
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored IT service solutions
  • Create and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet targets
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create proposals and presentations
  • Negotiate and close deals with a focus on long-term partnerships
  • Maintain records of sales activities using CRM tools

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in domestic business development (IT services preferred)
  • Strong understanding of software development, mobile app development, or related IT services
  • Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and client acquisition
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
