We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer ITSM to design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications while ensuring seamless integrations with third-party systems. The role requires strong expertise in ITSM modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications including forms, workflows, notifications, and reports.

• Develop and enhance ITSM modules, including portals, pages, and widgets.

• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and third-party applications via APIs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

• Provide support, troubleshooting, and continuous enhancements to ServiceNow applications.

• Ensure solutions adhere to ServiceNow best practices and organizational standards.

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules (portals, pages, widgets).

• In-depth understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and best practices.

• Proven experience in API integrations and third-party system connectivity.

• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS within ServiceNow.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM.

• Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITOM, CSM, HRSD) is a plus.

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
