Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2-5 years of proven experience in lead generation and business development for IT services, particularly in software development and mobile app development. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of prospecting and building a quality sales pipeline in the US and UK markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and qualify prospective leads for IT development and mobile app development services in international markets (US & UK).
  • Develop new business opportunities through outbound cold calling, LinkedIn networking, email campaigns, and other lead generation techniques.
  • Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to create tailored outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to prepare customized proposals and presentations.
  • Build strong client relationships and maintain an updated pipeline of potential business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, virtual demos, and international business forums as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience in international lead generation, preferably for IT development and mobile app development services.
  • Strong understanding of US and UK markets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate qualified leads independently and build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in IT service companies or mobile app development agencies.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and app development processes.
