Job Description

ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
  2. To develop a comprehensive content strategy for the reels, including topics, themes posting schedules.
  3. Researches and analyzes social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
  4. Research and create brand captions and copies for all social media postings.
  5. Set up and optimize pages of clients within each platform to increase the visibility of social content.
  6. Schedule and monitor postings to ensure consistent engagement on all brand handles.
  7. Aid in the daily aspects of promoting the brand campaigns online.
  8. Assist in implementing plans to increase followers organically on popular social media websites such as Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  9. Improving customer engagement and promoting social media campaigns.
  10. Taking care of ORM (Online Reputation Management) for a brand.
  11. Reviewing the content to ensure that it complies with relevant regulations, copyright laws, and brand guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
  4. Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
  5. In-depth understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
  8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
  9. Certification in social media marketing or related fields (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics) is a plus.
  10. Proven experience of 3+ years in social media marketing, with a track record of managing successful campaigns.
