Team Leadership & Development
Manage, coach, and develop a team of data specialists ensuring exceptional service
delivery and customer service across employee lifecycle-related inquiries and transactions,
including topics such as Pay and Rewards, Benefits, Payroll, Leave Entitlements, Mobility, Organizational Changes, Verifications, and Immigration.
Mentor and support team members to build expertise, ensure consistency, and promote
professional growth across the HR Operations function.
Serve as an escalation point to resolve complex issues for team members.
Employee Data Lifecycle Management
Own the end-to-end employee data lifecycle, ensuring accurate, timely processing of
transactions such as onboarding, transfers, promotions, terminations, and policy-driven
changes. Maintain, audit, and enhance data quality in Workday, ensuring data integrity,
completeness, and consistency throughout the employee lifecycle.
Data Governance & Compliance
Build and manage robust data quality controls before data is used in downstream systems.
Enforce data standards, naming conventions, and validation rules in collaboration with IT,
internal audit, and compliance teams. Ensure adherence to data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements through effective
governance protocols and stakeholder partnerships.
Process Improvement & System Optimization
Accountable for the day-to-day performance metrics of the HR Operations Data Team,
ensuring clear SLAs and KPIs align to effective and positive employee experience.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, data accuracy,
scalability, and automation in employee data management.
Coordinate with IT and vendors on Workday system enhancements, integrations, and
upgrades.
Create, maintain, and improve process documentation to reflect current procedures and
compliance standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, Legal,
Finance, IT, Facilities) and external vendors to deliver a cohesive and accurate employee
data experience. Collaborate with HR Operations Managers and regional partners (AMER, EMEA, APJ) to
align on and implement best practices globally.
Reporting & Analytics
Partner with IT and HRIT to deliver standardized and ad hoc reports, support data requests,
and identify trends that inform business decisions and HR strategies.
WHAT YOU BRING
8+ year(s) experience in a HR position, with 3+ years leading a team either
1-2 years experience or exposure in HR Business Partner / HR Generalist work activities
Bachelors degree and / or equivalent work experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple work engagements and projects across different time zones,
oftentimes simultaneously
Can work autonomously across the role work streams - HR business partner engagement,
COE interactions - to guide and propose outcomes
Strong working knowledge and understanding of regional HR legislation/employment law,
principles, policies, and procedures. Strong process improvement mindset and high level of comfort working with technology to
develop HR related solutions for a growing global workforce at different levels
Understanding of LEAN, Design Thinking, AGILE and quality practices (such as Six Sigma)
a plus
Previous experience partnering with client-facing HR Business Partners on a wide range of
topics (programs, change management, etc.)
