Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  2. Manage listings, pricing, campaigns, and promotions across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and D2C websites.
  3. Drive business growth by identifying new product opportunities, categories, and sales channels.
  4. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
  5. Track sales data, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports for senior management.
  6. Ensure timely and error-free execution of listings, promotions, and order fulfillment.
  7. Resolve client or marketplace escalations quickly and effectively.
  8. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
  9. Share insights with leadership and collaborate with marketing teams for campaign alignment.
  10. Suggest process improvements and innovative strategies to increase sales efficiency.
  11. Build strong, long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and business retention.
  12. Understand client goals and provide tailored solutions to maximize ROI.
  13. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  2. Proficiency with CRM and sales management tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  3. 3 8 years of proven experience in e-commerce sales, account management.
  4. Strong understanding of marketplace operations (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.) and D2C models.
  5. Prior experience in team management or mentoring is highly desirable.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  7. Ability to work under pressure with a target-oriented mindset.
  8. Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
