Job Description
- As a visionary Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO) for a fast-scaling eCommerce/D2C business based in Mumbai, your role will involve leading technology and product strategy while driving innovation to deliver a superior customer experience. You will be responsible for defining and implementing the technology & product roadmap aligned with business objectives, building customer-facing platforms, and leading product design and development to enhance customer experience continuously. Your role will also include implementing scalable tech architecture, driving innovation in product features, and collaborating closely with key stakeholders for growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive the technology & product roadmap in alignment with business objectives. - Build, test, and scale customer-facing platforms for best-in-class usability and performance. - Lead product design, development, and user testing to enhance customer experience. - Implement scalable tech architecture to support high-growth eCommerce/D2C business. - Drive innovation in product features, digital experience, and automation. - Build, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering and product teams. - Collaborate closely with Founders, Marketing, and Business Heads for growth initiatives. Key Requirements: - Premier school pass-out (IIT/IIM/ISB/Top Tier) preferred. - 12-18 years of experience in Product & Technology leadership roles. - Proven track record in building and scaling platforms in eCommerce/D2C. - Strong background in user testing, product lifecycle management, and digital platforms. - Hands-on experience with modern tech stacks, data-driven decision-making, and scaling solutions. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
