Job Description
- As an Infoscion, a typical day in your life would involve interacting with clients to ensure quality assurance, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. You will be responsible for understanding requirements, creating and reviewing designs, validating architecture, and delivering high service levels in the technology domain. Your role will also entail participating in project estimation, providing inputs for solution delivery, planning technical risks, conducting code reviews, and reviewing unit test plans. You will be expected to lead your teams in developing optimized high-quality code deliverables, promoting continual knowledge management, and ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines and processes. Your contributions will be essential in building efficient programs/systems to support clients in their digital transformation journey. Key Responsibilities: - Interfacing with clients for quality assurance and issue resolution - Understanding requirements, creating and reviewing designs, and validating architecture - Participating in project estimation and providing inputs for solution delivery - Conducting technical risk planning, code reviews, and unit test plan reviews - Leading teams in developing high-quality code deliverables and promoting knowledge management - Adhering to organizational guidelines and processes Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of more than one technology - Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals - Knowledge of Testing tools - Knowledge of agile methodologies - Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects - Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies and Quality processes - Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements - Analytical abilities, strong Technical Skills, and good communication skills - Good understanding of technology and domain - Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and modelling methods - Awareness of latest technologies and trends - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills If you believe you possess the skills and expertise to assist clients in their digital transformation journey, then Infosys is the ideal place for you to thrive and make a meaningful impact.,
