Java Fullstack Lead @ Infosys BPM

Job Description

As an Infoscion, you will have a dynamic role within the delivery team at Infosys. Your responsibilities will include interfacing with clients to ensure quality assurance, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. You will play a crucial role in understanding requirements, designing solutions, validating architectures, and delivering top-notch service offerings in the technology domain. Key Responsibilities: - Interface with clients for quality assurance and issue resolution - Validate architecture and ensure high service levels to clients - Participate in project estimation and provide inputs for solution delivery - Conduct technical risk planning, code reviews, and unit test plan reviews - Lead teams in developing optimized high-quality code deliverables - Promote continual knowledge management and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of multiple technologies - Understanding of Architecture and Design fundamentals - Familiarity with Testing tools and agile methodologies - Proficiency in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects - Familiarity with Estimation methodologies and Quality processes - Understanding of business domains and requirements - Strong analytical and communication skills - Good grasp of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and modelling methods - Awareness of latest technologies and trends - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills If you are passionate about developing efficient programs/systems and guiding clients through their digital transformation journey, this role at Infosys is the perfect fit for you.,
