Job Description

Job Description: You will be responsible for handling and processing financial transactions submitted on paper and through various digital channels like mobile, ATMs, Remote Deposit Capture, and lockboxes. It is essential to ensure all documents are accurate and keyed in as per the MICR Line. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reviewing all financial transaction entries, balancing all debits and credits, and making necessary adjustments to resolve any discrepancies. - Having a degree in finance, commerce, or business administration. - Demonstrating domain understanding of deposit operations, financial transactions processing, and banking policies & procedures. - Knowing account opening and servicing procedures for checking, savings, CDs, and money market accounts. - Being ready and flexible in terms of shift and relocation of postings per business needs. - Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills. - Possessing strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Having excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Being able to collaborate cross-functionally.
