Role Overview: Microsoft is seeking a Client Aligned Talent Sourcer to drive and deliver exceptional talent that supports the company's transformation. As an experienced Talent Acquisition professional, you will play a crucial role in impacting the speed of transformation in the business across Asia. Key Responsibilities: - Establish a proactive recruitment and targeted talent acquisition program to build talent pools in alignment with succession planning and talent review programs. - Build, own, and nurture candidate relationships, maintaining connections until the point of hire. - Recommend and drive improvements with recruiters and interviewing teams to effectively screen and assess talent. - Research, build, and report on competitive and market-driven insights to help Microsoft hiring managers better understand their unique talent markets. - Attend and actively participate in networking and recruiting events across India. - Collaborate with HR and Business partners to innovate Microsoft's talent sourcing and engagement strategies. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to the role. - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Familiarity with AI trends and knowledge of how to use AI tools. Additional Details: Microsoft is looking for an individual with excellent research, sourcing, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management skills. A passion for building strategic candidate pipelines and strong business acumen are highly valued. Previous experience in the Software/Internet/IT Consulting industry is considered a plus.,
