Job Description
- As a Mechanical Engineer at Siemens Energy, your role will involve ensuring full compliance with daily routine checkups in GCP to prevent any issues or complaints at the site. You will be responsible for the maintenance and MOH of Reciprocating Compressors as per OEM manuals. Your duties will also include troubleshooting compressors, divers, and process-related issues, as well as maintaining housekeeping by accurately cleaning packages with zero oil and gas leakages. Key Responsibilities: - Rigorously follow the preventive maintenance schedule for all installed equipment and maintain records for internal and external audits. - Supervise crucial parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow, and other process-related parameters. - Upkeep operational hourly records and log all critical equipment parameters, hours runs, maintenance/repairs, and material/spares consumed. - Ensure proper disposal of empty/barrel oil according to detailed procedures and IMs instructions. - Maintain MIS duties including all checklists, DPRs, and monthly reports. Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualification of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum experience of 4 years in O&M of oil & gas processing units. - Proficiency in MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint. - Basic knowledge of EHS practices in the Oil and Gas field.
