Job Description
- As a Process Developer/ Process Associate - Transactions (Insurance Underwriting) at Genpact, you will be responsible for transcribing inventories into Excel sheets and researching replacements while understanding product categories in a time-sensitive manner. Your focus will be on accuracy, efficiency, and data retrieval. **Key Responsibilities:** - Transaction processing for Insurance Support Teams - Knowledge of Insurance underwriting and Risk placement - Client interactions through trainings, conference calls, and emails - Understanding of Insurance policy setup and UW business - Management of MIS activities and data collation - Driving process improvements and initiatives **Qualifications:** **Minimum qualifications:** - Any Graduate except Technical - Insurance knowledge preferred in Marine and Specialty Market, insurance domain certification is an added advantage **Preferred qualifications:** - Insurance Domain awareness - Good Communication Skills - Good working knowledge of MS Office Genpact is a global professional services and solutions firm with a purpose of relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people.
