Job Description
- As an Assistant Manager- Order Management at Genpact, you will play a key role in the Sales Support area, specifically focusing on Order entry and management, Order fulfillment, Contract management, Master data management, Territory manager support, and Reporting and Analysis. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading a team in Sales support and ensuring smooth operations - Owning team outcomes, efficiency, critical metrics, and SLA reporting - Acting as a subject matter specialist to achieve business objectives - Managing customer and third-party relationships for seamless operations and revenue maximization - Coordinating internally and externally to resolve process issues - Driving governance and customer relationships, handling critical customer issues, and planning corrective and preventive actions - Performing individual contributor tasks such as booking and validating Contract Orders, building client relations, coordinating with service technicians and logistics teams, ensuring accurate invoicing, updating ERP details, preparing reports, and resolving customer queries Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications: - Graduate - SAP ERP experience Preferred Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Track record of client handling skills and ability to establish trust with clients Please note that this role may require working during global hours and potential business travels locally or internationally.,
