- Voice Process

- Provide excellent customer service to clients across different time zones

- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently

- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

Eligibility:

- Graduate/Undergraduate degree

- Experienced with excellent communication skills can apply

- Candidates with 6-12 months of international voice process experience can also apply

- Freshers can also apply

 

Selection Process:

- HR Interview

- VNA (Voice and Accent) Assessment

- Ops Interview

 

Shift Requirements:

- Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts 24*7
