Job Description

BRM Support

Exp- 3 to 4 yrs

Location- Bangalore

Immediate Joiner

Note- Look for L3 Support , Product Support

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
.
Experience:

3-4 years of experience in Oracle BRM, with at least 2-3 successful end-to-end BRM implementations
Proven experience as an operations lead or shift lead in a production support role for Oracle BRM.
Strong background in telecommunications billing, revenue management, or related domains (e.g., BSS/OSS).

Technical Skills:

Deep understanding of Oracle BRM, including Pricing Design Center (PDC)
Experience with BRM APIs, and Unix-based environments.

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Work Environment

Schedule: May require 24x7 support or on-call availability for critical system issues.
