Once You Are Here, You Will:
Performs written performance reviews for team.
Holds regular one on ones with team members.
Able to independently design within a defined architecture.
Provides input to the architecture.
Understands different architectural views (conceptual, logical, physical, deployment).
Reviews code assuring Definition of Done, coding standards, and good design principles are met.
Knows several languages, expert in primary language.
Develops talent at all levels of developer.
Sets an example of a professional developer.
Able to coach and teach usage of Design Patters, SOLID principles, and Architectural Patterns.
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of experience developing Java code.
8+ years of experience in object-oriented design development.
6+ years of experience developing Spring frameworks.
2+ years working with either: AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud.
2+ years of experience in middleware packages like: Web Logic, WebSphere, or JBoss.
1+ years of experience leading development team.
Preferred Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in either Rest or Soap API development.
Experience with other frameworks like: Spring Boot, MVC, or Hibernate.
Should have good understanding on agile ceremonies.
Bachelors degree preferred; master's degree desired.
