EMPLOYEE TYPE: FIELD PARTNER MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct field visits to existing partners to maintain strong relationships and ensure costumer
satisfaction.
Identify and acquire new partnersthrough strategic prospectics and lead generation.
Educate partners and customers about our products, highlighting its features, benefits,and
unique selling points.
Provide guidance and support to partners,ensuring their understanding of product usage, best
practices and resolving their queries or issues that arise
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors,and market developments to identify the
oppurtunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge.
REQUIREMENTS
1-6 years proven work experience Proven Experience in Partner Acquisition, Software/Hardware
Sales, opening current account
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skillsto effectively interact with the partners and
customers.
Strong Negotiation and persuation abilitiesto successfully closedeals and partnerships
Self motivated and Target drivenwith a passion for achieving sales goals
Possession of a 2 wheeler bike and a valid driver's licence for field visits
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
