Desired Candidate Profile

Role Summary:

To develop Interior Design and manage timely deliverables to project management to help the Organization deliver projects to the Customers in time and Quality.

Responsibilities

Quality of Design:

o Creating Concept note and design brief.
o Selection of appropriate consultants.
o Value additions in space planning and design
o Specifications of the projects and decision making

Interdepartmental Communication

o Drawings and Information flow by Team.
o Co-ordination and Communication.

Deliverables to Project Management at all sites

o Co-ordination and Communication with all external consultants.
o Ensure deliverables by team are in Time and Quality.
o Project Reviews with the Team.
o Fire Fighting and Decision Making

Execution

o Address site conditions and their implications.
o Check Quality of execution at site.
o Resolving Bottle Necks.
o Decision making

Team Development and Process Implementation

o Team Building.
o Process mapping and implementation.
o Motivation and Training

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
