Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Quality Analyst with experience in both Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of testing frameworks, automation tools, and database validation, with the ability to ensure product quality across all phases of development.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test cases (manual and automated) to ensure product quality.
- Perform automation testing using tools like Selenium or equivalent frameworks.
- Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or similar.
- Execute database testing to validate backend data integrity.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Identify, document, and track bugs; perform regression testing as needed.
- Contribute to building a strong testing framework and continuous improvement of QA processes.
Requirements
- 23 years of experience in software testing (Manual + Automation).
- Proficiency in Java or JavaScript for automation scripting.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium or any automation testing tool.
- Strong knowledge of API testing and tools like Postman/RestAssured.
- Experience in database testing (SQL queries, data validation).
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and testing methodologies.
Good to Have
- Experience with Cucumber, BDD, TDD frameworks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Exposure to performance testing or mobile testing.
