About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Data Processing Specialist (Salesforce) with 6+ years of experience, including 23 years in Salesforce Data Entry & Management. This role involves managing data with high accuracy, ensuring smooth processes in Salesforce, and collaborating with global teams to deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute accurate data processing and maintain integrity within Salesforce.
- Understand input/output file requirements and deliver consistent processing results.
- Collaborate with Global Business Development (BD) and Global Commercial teams to capture pitch details, financials, and status updates.
- Create, validate, and maintain opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring local/global teams are aligned.
- Perform regular Salesforce-based data checks and reports for accuracy.
- Support automation projects, working with Salesforce development and data automation teams.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and business impact.
- Ensure quality control (QC) validation concepts are applied during data loading.
What Were Looking For
6+ years of total experience
23 years of Salesforce Data Entry & Management
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce reporting
Ability to work independently and proactively with cross-functional teams
