Location: Ghaziabad RDC
Shift: Night Shift (8:30 pm-5:30 am)
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 28k (Depends on candidature)

Allowances -Food Allowances (3000- after completion of 1 month onwards)

Job Description:


We're hiring a motivated Tele calling Executive to join our EdTech team. You'll make outbound calls to students and educators in the U.S., promoting our online courses and learning solutions. Your goal will be to generate leads or communicate the information about the courses through effective communication and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to U.S. leads (students & professionals)
  • Understand learning needs and recommend suitable programs
  • Follow up on leads.
  • Daily calling to candidates overseas, up to 50-60 calls in a day
  • Finding people from the database, calling them, and pitching.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year tele calling exp.
  • Excellent spoken English and U.S. market understanding
  • Comfortable working U.S. hours (night shift)
  • Familiar with CRM tools and basic tech platforms
