We are currently seeking a Networking Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN). Requirements:

Network Support Analyst at Grade 6 in NOC/Network Operations.

Must be a Graduate. BTech/BE or any other technical degree preferred

Good communication,comprehension and writing skills.

Should be willing to work in rotational shift with 24x7 support window

Job description:

Provide L2 technical guidance in activities associated with identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported tickets.

Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow up steps.

Participate in a supportive role by acting as a liaison between clients and departments within the client infrastructure.

Good troubleshooting knowledge for implementing and maintaining Cisco networks for our clients. As a Cisco network engineer, you will be responsible for installing Cisco networks.

Sound knowledge of ITIL best practices around Incident and Request Management procedures.
