We are currently seeking a Testing Architect to join our team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).  As a Test Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies that help stakeholders implement and understand key insights, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their data & testing needs, designing test strategies and custom dashboards, charts, and interactive reports, and ensuring that business rules and functionally effective.       Key Responsibilities: 
  • Design Testing Strategies, create scalable and efficient testing frameworks and define best practices for testing processes.
  • Work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to define testing requirements and ensure software quality.
  • Manage client change programs from a testing perspective, covering strategy through to delivery.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop automated testing frameworks and validate system integration.
  • Translate test results and refines customer reporting requests into actionable objectives
  • Analyze and translate non-technical user requirements into test cases and specifications
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
  • Employ expertise in best practices testing and interactive user experience
  • Experience with manual and automation testing.
  • Maintain detailed documentation through multiple simultaneous projects
  • Responds to calls, correspondence, and email within department expectations.
  • Maintain working knowledge of testing tools and follows best practices
  • Serve as an operational testing expert for the team and the organization, which may include developing test reports and interpreting data
  • Ability to participate in and drive expectations, meetings, and discussions around testing requirements, design, infrastructure needs, and project health status with project clients
  • Think critically and apply appropriate judgment and creativity to a wide variety of information technology issues

    •  Basic Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • 10+ years proven track record of designing and implementing test frameworks and automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of software development and QA methodologies.
  • Experience with performance and scalability testing.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.

  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
