Role & responsibilities
ProArch is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer who is passionate about technology and software development. In this role, you will play an integral part in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions that meet customer needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and provide technical leadership within the development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust and efficient web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and ensure integration between front-end and back-end services.
- Write clean, scalable code utilizing best practices in software development.
- Mentor junior developers, helping to enhance their technical skills and guiding them through complex challenges.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning and execution.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficient in back-end technologies such as Java, .NET, or Node.js.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks (React, React Js).
- Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiar with version control systems like Git and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with cloud services (Azure) is a plus.
