Job Description

We are a fast-growing IT solutions company specializing in [Web Development, Mobile App Development, SaaS, Cloud, AI, Blockchain, etc.]. We are seeking a dynamic LinkedIn Marketing Specialist to enhance our digital presence, generate qualified B2B leads, and strengthen our brand globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement LinkedIn marketing strategies to build brand awareness and generate leads for IT services.
  • Manage and optimize the companys LinkedIn page and senior leaders professional profiles for maximum reach and credibility.
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, articles, case studies, polls, videos, infographics, etc.) for target audiences.
  • Run and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns (Lead Generation, Website Visits, InMail, etc.) to achieve business goals.
  • Generate organic B2B leads by leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator, advanced search filters, InMail outreach, and group networking.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects through direct engagement, personalized messaging, and content sharing.
  • Conduct competitor research and audience analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align campaigns with lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Track performance using LinkedIn Analytics and other tools, create detailed reports, and optimize campaigns for higher ROI.
  • Stay updated on LinkedIn algorithm changes, IT industry insights, and B2B marketing trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (1+ years) in LinkedIn marketing and B2B lead generation in the IT/Tech sector.
  • Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and organic prospecting strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Ads Manager and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills for professional audiences.
  • Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and IT industry trends.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced IT environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):

  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM for integrated digital marketing.
  • Prior experience in a global IT services company.
