.NET Technical Lead

Experience: 8 12 Years

Mode of Hire : Fulltime

Role Overview:

Need skilled and experienced .NET Technical Lead. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in full-stack .NET development and have understanding of Azure Cloud services.

The role requires leadership in guiding a team, reviewing code, architecting scalable solutions, and ensuring the timely delivery of quality software.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade web applications using Microsoft technologies.
Guide and mentor a team of 3-4 developers.
Review code, ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Participate in architectural discussions and solutioning.
Interact with stakeholders and clients for requirement gathering.
Allocate tasks, monitor team progress, and ensure timely delivery.
Ensure applications are deployed and monitored effectively on Azure.

Must-Have Skills:

C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API
Razor Views / CSHTML, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3
ADO.NET, Entity Framework (EF Core)
SQL Server strong experience with stored procedures, performance tuning, indexing, T-SQL
RESTful APIs, JSON, XML
Code review tools and practices (e.g., SonarQube, ReSharper)
Unit testing frameworks (xUnit/NUnit/Moq)
Git, GitHub / Azure Repos
Strong communication and task organization skills

Good-to-Have / Preferred Skills:

Angular / React basics for UI interaction
Microservices architecture understanding
Azure DevOps (CI/CD), Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL

Pay Range: 1,500,000 - 2,500,000 per year
