The Accounting Specialist will work with other members of the Professional Services Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and invoicing. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who exhibits excellent client service, drives process efficiency, and partners well with others.
 Key Roles and Responsibilities 
  • Review and approve contractor bills to ensure accurate coding for financial reporting
  • Record cash receipts to proper account and updates account reconciliations
  • Assist in process to ensure invoices are submitted and approved in customer portals
  • Prepare and distribute customer invoices, ensuring timely and accurate information
  • Interact with Sales and Operations teams to ensure accuracy of customer correspondence
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies across teams
  • Assist team members with special projects as needed
  • Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and customers

  •  Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities 
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience range- 4 to 6 years
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills, desire to learn processes from beginning to end
  • Preferred knowledge and experience with financial reporting systems, including NetSuite and SalesForce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively under tight timelines and schedules
  • Proactively and effectively communicate status and challenges encountered

    The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings ("OTE") for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidates relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
