Job Description

Experience: 5+yrs

Skills Required: ITSM Core development, Expert in Virtual Agent, Knowledge in third party integration

Location: Hyderabad/ Bangalore/ Remote

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days only

Strong hands-on experience with Core ITSM modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management)
Proven experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent, including building and customizing conversational flows.
