Job Description
- Support and enhance business processes related to General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable module.
- Thorough understanding of Finance processes and experience with documenting business requirements, participating in fit-gap analysis and testing.
- Perform data analysis, validation, and quality assurance on financial data and processes.
- Lead and participate in testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation, and defect resolution.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
- Support end users by writing and maintaining user documentation and supporting training initiatives.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and customer service to end users and business partners.
- Work closely with technical teams to support Oracle EBS and related Finance applications.
- 5 10 years of Business Analyst experience supporting Finance modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Solid understanding of Invoice to Cash (I2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Record-to-Report (R2R) process fundamentals and finance data/process flows.
- Understand the Software Development Life Cycle (SLDC).
- Strong experience in data analysis, validation, testing, and quality assurance (QA/UAT).
- Ability to perform SQL queries and have knowledge of backend table structures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise business requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and master complex processes and systems.
- High commitment to customer service and strong work ethic.
- Experience with Oracle EBS Finance modules (GL, AP, AR) is required.
- Experience in global or multi-location project environments.
- Experience with process automation or business process improvement projects.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Oracle EBS Finance modules is a plus.
