Job Requirements
- Leading a team of 2-4 engineers for execution of projects.
- Working closely with Customers, primarily responsible for delivering the projects with good quality and defined/Agreed timelines.
- Discussing with Customers Engineering Team, identifying the opportunities and developing the workflows or approach plan to resolve the problems.
- Implementation of workflow deliverables with the consultation of field, operation team and taking it too closer
- Ownership and responsibility of assigned tasks.
- Build customer relations through good interactions and responsiveness.
- Adhere to Quality & Technical standards in execution and implementation of the project.
Work Experience
- Familiar with IEEE, NEMA, ASME, CE and others related standards.
- Hazardous Area Classifications, ATEX, IP ratings.
- Good process knowledge on Upstream, Midstream, Refinery and chemicals
- Engineering and Reliability of Petro-chemical and refinery units including participation in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, managing periodic and emergency shut-downs | planning | supervision, manpower & material management.
- Engineering Drawings and Documentation like one-line diagrams, Data sheets, Schematics Diagrams, Electrical Equipment Layouts, Cable schedule etc.
- Reviewing vendors/sub-vendors technical drawings/documents.
- Selection and sizing of Electrical Equipments like Generators, Motors, VFD, Transformers, HT & LT Switch gears, Relays, Brakers, Cable trays etc. as per the technical requirements.
- Hands on experience in maintenance of all Electrical Equipments like Transformers, HT & LT Switchgears, Circuit breakers, MCC panels, Batteries, generators, Motors, etc.
- Power System Modelling and Power system Analysis like Relay co-ordination, short circuit, Arc flash studies etc.
- Equipment Strategies for all the Electrical Equipments
- Equipment Criticality assignment based on the global industrial best practices.
- Working experience in Preventive, Corrective, Predictive and condition-based Maintenance.
- Function Testing of all the Electrical Equipments like Battery Systems, Transformers, Motors, relays, switchgears, grounding, earthing etc.
- Analyzing the field inspection data, providing, and implementing the Technical Recommendations
- Experience in working with workflows like Transformer Oil Analysis, Obsolescence Management, Battery system data analysis, Reviewing and developing Equipment Strategies, operation, and expenditure Analysis etc.)
- Experience in handling MOC projects or small projects.
- Knowledge/Experience in Project Engineering, Errection and commissioning
- Knowledge on Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)/Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
