Job Title: Gainsight Developer
Location: Remote (PAN India)
Employment Type: Contract (Fulltime)About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Gainsight Developer to support, enhance, and extend the Gainsight platform for our client. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Gainsight development, workflows, surveys, and Salesforce integrations, with a proven ability to customize and optimize the platform for business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Support: Provide technical support to Gainsight users, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and maintain accurate ticket documentation.
- Configuration & Customization: Develop and configure enhancements, objects, fields, workflows, rules, dashboards, and reports. Conduct testing before deployment and maintain overall system health.
- Survey Development: Build and configure Gainsight CSAT/NPS surveys, including advanced logic, branching, and complex functionality to drive actionable insights.
- CSM Workflows: Design, implement, and manage CSM workflows to automate processes and improve customer lifecycle management.
- User & Data Management: Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions. Monitor data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth Salesforce and other system integrations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business technology teams, gather requirements from Business Analysts, and translate them into effective Gainsight solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Gainsight Developer.
- Strong knowledge of CSM workflows and CSAT/NPS survey setup with advanced logic.
- Proficiency in Gainsight rules engine, reporting, dashboards, and data management.
- Experience with Salesforce integration.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and align with global teams across PST/EST time zones.
