At GKM IT, we believe great software deserves even greater quality assurance. We're looking for a sharp and experienced QA Engineer (Playwright) - Senior II to join our team and take ownership of end-to-end test automation for web and API layers.
This role is perfect for someone who doesnt just write test scripts, but deeply understands product functionality and advocates for quality at every stage. Youll play a critical part in ensuring that our releases are fast, stable, and user-friendly.

Requirements
- 57 years of total experience in Quality Assurance
- 12+ years of hands-on experience with Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript)
- Proficient in TypeScript/JavaScript and Playwright automation framework
- Experience designing and maintaining scalable, modular Playwright-based test suites
- Skilled in automating functional, regression, and integration tests for web applications and APIs
- Strong experience with REST API testing and backend validations (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar
- Ability to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, grooming)
- Collaborative approach working with developers, product managers, and DevOps for test coverage and early defect detection
- Capability to debug test failures, maintain test stability, and identify flaky tests
- Experience creating and maintaining detailed test documentation (test plans, strategies, release notes)
- Mentoring skills to support junior QA engineers and contribute to quality culture
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test lifecycle, and automation strategy
- Comfortable working in cross-functional Agile teams
- Bonus skills: experience with cloud platforms (AWS), Docker/Kubernetes, or performance/security testing
- Clear, proactive communication and teamwork
- Analytical mindset with a focus on solving edge cases
- Passion for product quality and user experience
