Job Description

Job Role: Product Manager

If youre passionate about serving as the product owner and primary relationship owner for

top-tier client accounts with a focus on technical product management, and if you believe

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Manage multiple accounts, developing and maintaining

positive working relationships with all customer touch points, ensuring technical

requirements and expectations are met.

  • Client Retention and Growth: Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and client

satisfaction by leveraging technical solutions and insights.

  • Product Development: Visualize the product journey, gather technical

requirements, and create detailed product specification documents for new product

features.

  • Technical Campaign Management: Collaborate closely with Associate Account

Managers and Ad Operations on campaign set-up, receipt of creatives, technical

optimization, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.

  • End-to-End Process Ownership: Own the entire product lifecycle from

requirement gathering through to product delivery, ensuring technical robustness

and alignment with client needs.

  • Customer Success Analysis: Utilize analytics and work with Ad Operations to

determine root causes of customer success or failure, driving technical requirements

for product or process enhancements

Performance Metrics: Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand

customer goals and key performance metrics, ensuring technical solutions exceed those

goals.

  • Data-Driven Management: Leverage technical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python)

and quantitative data to manage campaigns effectively, ensuring high customer

satisfaction and renewal.

  • Process Improvement: Provide input on new technical processes and workflows

as needed to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Maintain superior customer service levels and

operational excellence through the application of technical insights and strategic

initiatives.


Technical Requirements and Product Management Skills:

  • Technical Engagement Skills: Dynamic personality with the ability to effectively

engage and influence technical and non-technical audiences across all business

processes.

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work

collaboratively with cross-functional technical and business teams.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, Python, and APIs.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Business and Technical Acumen: Strong decision-making, analytical, and

organizational skills with a consultative approach to manage complex technical

client relationships.

  • Prioritization and Multitasking: Ability to prioritize and balance multiple

technical

responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery of client and internal projects.

  • Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office

services.

  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze and solve complex technical business

problems.

  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial mindset with a high willingness to learn and adapt to

new technical challenges.

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Engineering, preferably in

Computer

  • Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • UX Design: Experience in user experience (UX) design and usability testing.
  • Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring

alignment with customer needs and market trends.

  • Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile development

environments, with a strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban

methodologies.

  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with and manage

expectations of various stakeholders, including executives, developers,

designers, and clients.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and

validate product ideas.

  • Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches, including

coordinating marketing, sales, and support activities.

  • Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to

measure product success and inform future development.
