 Lead Generation Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential leads within the IT sector using online tools and platforms.
Initiate contact with prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce our IT services.
Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and assessing potential fit.
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to support lead conversion strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Assist in preparing marketing materials and campaigns.


Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
6 months 2 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a confident phone presence.
Basic understanding of IT products & services (preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
Eager to learn, adaptable, and target-driven.
