Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Ironclad CLM implementations including scoping, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollout and adoption.
- Design and configure contract templates, approval workflows, clause libraries, and metadata capture aligned with business needs.
- Customize Ironclad workflows, forms, user roles, and integrations with platforms like Salesforce, DocuSign, and SSO.
- Apply best practices for Ironclad API usage and automation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation.
- Conduct training sessions, UAT support, and stakeholder presentations.
- Translate business requirements into technical configurations.
- Resolve platform issues, recommend enhancements, and stay updated on Ironclad feature releases.
- Document implementation processes and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
