Job Description
- Role Overview: As a Data Scientist at the company, you will utilize advanced mathematical, statistical, and analytical expertise to research, collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from internal and external sources. Your main responsibilities will include building and testing predictive models, developing innovative portfolio surveillance solutions, implementing creative automation solutions, and bringing actionable insights to all areas of the business. Your role will involve leveraging decision science methodologies and advanced data visualization techniques to develop data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize advanced mathematical, statistical, and analytical expertise to research, collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets - Build and test predictive models including credit risk, fraud, response, and offer acceptance propensity - Develop, test, validate, track, and enhance statistical models and other BI reporting tools - Develop innovative portfolio surveillance solutions to track and forecast loan losses - Implement creative automation solutions within the organization - Lead analysis to bring actionable insights to all areas of the business - Develop and refine unit economics models Qualifications Required: - 5 to 8 years of experience in data science or a related role with a focus on Python programming and ML models - Proficiency in Python programming and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch - Strong experience with ETL and Data Warehouse - Good experience with IOT - Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning techniques, and natural language processing methodologies - Familiarity with SQL databases (MySQL/SQL Server) and vector databases like Qdrant, Faiss - Proven track record of delivering successful AI projects with measurable impact on business outcomes - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets - Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field preferred Additional Details: The company is driven by the mission of tailoring growth for customers by enabling them to transform their aspirations into tangible outcomes.
