As a Quality and Process Improvement Consultant at Infosys BPM Ltd., you will play a crucial role in building a process improvement culture within client processes. Your responsibilities will include using various Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma & LEAN to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy Process Improvement framework for the engagement(s) - Conduct short or refresher (3hrs) sessions on continuous improvement at engagement level as needed - Drive Bottom-up and Top-down opportunity identification workshops to create a pipeline of improvement opportunities - Analyze process, operations, and business data to identify improvement opportunities - Validate opportunities and create projects - Mentor Process Improvement projects (YB, GB & BB) to support operations resources in structured implementation - Facilitate meetings with stakeholders for reviews and sign-offs - Coordinate with lead developer for automation opportunities - Govern the validation and sign-off process for project closures - Guide project leaders in creating and updating storyboards for PI projects - Create awareness and visibility for process excellence initiatives through training - Develop process improvement case studies and share success initiatives with teams - Participate in client interactions to present process improvement case studies Qualifications Required: - Full-time graduation in any field - Minimum 5 years of experience in driving Process Improvement projects/initiatives You will be a part of an exciting journey at Infosys BPM, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.,
