Job Description
- Role Overview: As a Lead Consultant Quality at Infosys BPM, you will play a key role in crafting and delivering high-quality solutions in the Quality Compliance and Process Excellence space. You will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of process excellence frameworks. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for delivering innovative and scalable solutions that meet quality standards and compliance regulations. Additionally, you will be involved in creating Go To Market strategy, validating business opportunities, defining value proposition, and driving market intelligence. Key Responsibilities: - Design end-to-end Quality solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients across various sectors such as Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail, E-commerce, and Healthcare. - Analyze customer problems, gather necessary data, and proactively identify risks while defining solutions. - Own the proposal development process and ensure the quality of the document solution. - Assist in developing proposals by utilizing inputs from secondary research, case studies, and solution design expertise. - Create commercially viable solutions that address client requirements effectively. Qualification Required: - Prior experience in crafting and delivering high-quality solutions in the Quality Compliance and Process Excellence space. - Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen. - Deep understanding of process excellence frameworks and service-based compliance frameworks. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering innovative solutions. - Knowledge of market intelligence and ability to drive Go To Market strategy.
