Performance Test Lead @ Infosys BPM

Job Description

As an Infoscion, a day in your life involves interfacing with clients for quality assurance, issue resolution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for understanding requirements, creating and reviewing designs, validating architecture, and delivering high levels of service offerings in the technology domain. Additionally, you will play a key role in project estimation, solution delivery, technical risk planning, code reviews, and unit test plan reviews. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding teams to develop optimized code deliverables, promoting continual knowledge management, and ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in project estimation and provide inputs for solution delivery - Conduct technical risk planning and perform code reviews - Lead and guide teams in developing high-quality code deliverables - Promote continual knowledge management and adherence to organizational guidelines - Build efficient programs/systems to support clients in their digital transformation journey Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of more than one technology - Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals - Knowledge of Testing tools and agile methodologies - Understanding of Project life cycle activities - Familiarity with Estimation methodologies and Quality processes - Basics of business domain and analytical abilities - Strong Technical Skills and Good communication skills - Awareness of latest technologies and trends - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills If you believe you possess the technical expertise, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities necessary to excel in this role, this opportunity at Infosys is tailor-made for you!,
