Job Description

As an Infoscion at Infosys, you will play a crucial role in addressing customer issues, devising innovative solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient deployment. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing proposals, contributing to solution designs, and owning parts of proposal documents based on your expertise. - Planning, configuring, and conducting activities such as configuration, conference room pilots, and addressing queries related to requirements and solution design. - Demonstrating solutions/products, conducting workshops, and preparing effort estimates aligned with customer budget constraints and organizational financial guidelines. - Leading small projects, participating in unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality solutions to customers. In addition to the above responsibilities, you are expected to possess the following qualifications: - Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models for clients" innovation, growth, and profitability. - Proficiency in software configuration management systems and staying updated on the latest technologies and industry trends. - Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration abilities. - Understanding of financial processes for different project types and pricing models. - Capability to assess current processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose technology solutions. - Familiarity with one or two industry domains, client interfacing skills, and experience in project and team management.
