Job Description
- As a Senior Manager in Procurement at Genpact, your role will involve: - Handling stakeholder conversations and governance meetings with senior leadership. - Ensuring that learning paths are in place for all team members. - Supervising and improving the KPIs and SLAs that have been assigned. - Processing purchase requisitions and supplier set-up. - Keeping records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. - Acting as a liaison pertaining to the Procurement Operations team. - Developing communication between customers to facilitate smooth transactions. - Demonstrating the ability to perform and resolve queries of customers to build better relationships. - Monitoring the generic email box for incoming queries and acknowledging them as per SLA. - Keeping track of all requests received, either through tickets or manual trackers, for efficiency and follow-up purposes. - Following up with requesters/co-functional teams to provide quicker resolutions and Suppliers/Vendors wherever required. - Providing periodic updates to users/impacted parties on the status of the ticket/issue raised. - Transferring/Raising inquiries to appropriate teams for resolution. - Finding opportunities to improve/streamline processes. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications: - Graduation in Commerce (B.Com). - Excellent Communication Skills - Written and Spoken and Customer Management Skills. Preferred qualifications: - M.B.A Finance. - Meaningful experience in procurement. - Bachelors in Engineering or similar. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint. - Expert understanding of Supplier Set-up Concepts. - Familiarity with ERP tools will be an added advantage.,
