Job Description
- As a Domain Trainee - Auto Claims at Genpact, you will be responsible for managing claims related to automobile accidents. You will work closely with policyholders, claimants, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient handling of all automobile accident claims. Your main responsibilities will include: - Managing high-volume low complexity claims from beginning to end. - Investigating automobile accidents to determine cause and liability. - Analyzing insurance policies and relevant laws to determine coverage. - Negotiating repairs and settlements with claimants. - Providing regular updates on automobile claims to various stakeholders. - Assessing damage to vehicles involved in accidents. - Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for efficient claim handling. - Participating in meetings and training sessions to stay informed about policy changes. - Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in all claim-related activities. Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum qualifications: - Relevant years of Material Damage Liability Claims experience within specified regions. - College Diploma or equivalent work experience. - Fluent in both spoken and written English. - Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel). Preferred qualifications: - Experience handling fast track/low touch claims. - College Degree. - Lean Six Sigma Certification(s).
