Job Description
- As a Senior Manager in Procurement at Genpact, your role will involve: - Handling stakeholder conversations and governance meetings with senior leadership. - Ensuring that learning paths are in place for all team members. - Supervising and improving the KPIs and SLAs that have been assigned. - Processing purchase requisitions and supplier set-up. - Keeping records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. - Acting as a liaison for the Procurement Operations team and developing communication between customers for smooth transactions. - Resolving customer queries to build better relationships. - Monitoring generic email boxes for incoming queries and acknowledging them as per SLA. - Keeping track of all requests received for efficiency and follow-up purposes. - Following up with requesters and co-functional teams for quicker resolutions and with Suppliers/Vendors wherever required. - Providing periodic updates to users/impacted parties on the status of the ticket/issue raised. - Transferring/Raising inquiries to appropriate teams for resolution. - Finding opportunities to improve/streamline processes. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications: - Graduation in Commerce (B.Com) - Excellent Communication Skills - Written and Spoken and Customer Management Skills Preferred qualifications: - M.B.A Finance - Meaningful experience in procurement - Bachelors in Engineering or similar - Proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint - Expert understanding of Supplier Set-up Concepts - Familiarity with ERP tools will be an added advantage Genpact is a global professional services and solutions firm with a purpose of the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people.
